Very good idea and great presentation for the product. Proper 12 whiskey with the personal box.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I made an error with my order (my own fault) and they went above and beyond to sort it out and send me the correct thing with upgraded delivery even though it was my error! Highly recommend buying from here.

Beerhunter reliable company
Have used Beerhunter before. Always a quick service and acknowledgement. Goods are well packaged. I would have given 5 stars if the delivery company had delivered to our address and not the reserve address we gave just in case we weren't in. We were. But they didn't try - just went straight to the neighbour.

Had an issues but was resolved!
I don't think I will use Beer hunter again. The product and price were good, however I paid extra for a "Saturday delivery". I didn't receive my order until the following Thursday. I was told it was because of stock problems.
I'm making an EDIT TO THIS POST. Beerhunter were great with dealing with this issue. I was refunded the money and impressed with the customer service.

Quick delivery and excellent customer service
I ordered some Belgian beers and then contacted them to ask for delivery as fast as possible before a party. Beerhunter were quick to reply and the beers were processed and sent immediately with next day delivery. I would definitely recommend them.

5 star on second experience
I had a bad experience over Xmas with delayed delivery. In the new year they emailed and acknowledged this and included a discount code and this time delivery was far more prompt / with delivery comms. Beers great.

Incorrect item delivered, however, was resolved
Initially the incorrect item was delivered and although there was a delay in the response from Beerhunter, eventually they did rectify the order and the correct items were delivered, although too late for the birthday date.
